About Liddle Kiddles:

Mattel came out with 24 Liddle Kiddle Dolls in 1966.

Their sizes ran from 2 1/2 inches to 3 1/2 inches with bendable legs and arms. They had rooted hair that could be combed out. Their facial features were painted. Each had their own action accessory and Kiddle komic funny book which tells the doll's story.

In 1967 Mattel came out with Lucky Locket & Skediddlers. Kiddles became even smaller (as tiny as 7/8" tall) until 1970.

There were Storybrook Characters. They were packaged in:
- Lockets,
- Walker skeddiddlers
- Holiday Themes
- Pop Bottles or Cologne Bottles
- Pop-Up Books
- Inside Jewelry Cases
- Teacups
- Little Babies in Cradle
- Play House Dolls.
- Cars
- Animal Zoo Characters
- Tasty Treats Lollipops or Ice Cream Cones

Not only was their dolls, but there was also Kiddle vinyl cases, houses, snap-happy furniture, paper goods, games, lunch boxes, records, posters and more. Kiddles also had look a like, clones or competitor dolls, made by other doll makers.

There is a cool site that describes a lot of  Little Kiddles: http://www.fashion-doll-guide.com/Vintage-Little-Kiddles.html
